The complete package will include Pressure Vessels, Columns, Heat Exchangers, Tanks etc mounted on a skid with all the necessary Piping, Valves, Pumps etc.
Our scope of work will include
Design (ASME SEC VIII Div 1 & 2, TEMA) & Detailed Engineering
Preparation of Fabrication Drawings of all equipments and Skid Frame, Isometric drawings for Piping etc
Procurement of Materials
Fabrication of pressure vessels, Tanks, Heat Exchangers and piping Spools
Complete Fabrication will be done at our works
Post Weld heat treatment (If required)
Hydro test, All other Non Destructive Tests, “U” Stamping (if required)
Fabrication and Assembly of Skid frame.
Painting as per project Specification
Mounting of all equipments on the frame, complete all interconnecting piping
Installation of Valves, Pumps, Instrumentation etc, Final Assembly & Testing
Complete QA/QC Documentation and as-built drawings
